Our company handcrafts all products within 2 to 7 business days.
Oftentimes, orders process much faster than that but we can not guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 2 to 7 business days to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.
With a custom design order when you tell us what you want we will present you with a draft on paper (digitized) a time-frame and a price range. And we wont go over the maximum price given when we are finished.. no matter how much time we had to spend creating it. We will try to keep it as close to the lowest price as possible, and make each piece in as timely manner as possible. Bbear in mind the price of the material to create your own custom design is "subject to change". Once your piece is created, we will send you a custom order link and notify you for purchase -at that time payment will be due (before it is shipped). If at that point after created and before shipped the buyer does not make a payment within a reasonable time-frame and 3 attempted contacts have been made or the buyer decides against purchase we will eat the time invested and recycle the materials into another piece. (Limit once per customer. )

Our company ships through the following carriers:
We currently only offer international shipping for custom orders only. Please contact us if you live outside of the US.
We ship all International products through USPS and UPS.
Huckster Artistry is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
We do offer free shipping for orders over $100 (One Hundred US Dollars) with the discount code HAPPY100

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 2 to 7 business days to be handmade and custom items may take longer.
We will happily give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. We will exchange your purchase for one of equal or lesser value up to 60 days after your purchase.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (Damaged items may be repaired for free. Just send us your item. And if we find it beyond repair, we'll make you a new one.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Buyer is responsible for all return fees, i.e. shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can be exchanged up to 60 days after purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items not made by the Huckster Artistry Studio
We do not guarantee any of the items we do not make. All products will clearly state who the crafter is in the description. We currently do not guarantee any returns , exchanges, or refunds for items made outside of the Huckster Artistry studio. This policy is expected to change in the near future, please contact us for more information.
